How to proceed with a complaint

We have prepared a short article with information on what to do if the goods you have purchased from us are damaged.

1. In the event of a complaint, please describe the fault to us as thoroughly as possible. Please take a picture or a short video of the defect and send this information to us by email to info@aurifo.com . Please put " COMPLAINTS " in the subject line of the email.

2. We will email your entire case to the manufacturer for review to determine how we will proceed.

3. As soon as we receive a response from the manufacturer ( usually 3 - 5 working days ) regarding the next course of action, we will contact you.
