How to proceed with a complaint

We have prepared a short article with information on what to do if the goods you have purchased from us are damaged.

1. In the event of a complaint, please describe the fault to us as thoroughly as possible. Please take a picture or a short video of the defect and send this information to us by email to info@aurifo.com . Please put "COMPLAINTS" in the subject line of the email.

2. We will email your entire case to the manufacturer for review to determine how we will proceed.

3. As soon as we receive a response from the manufacturer ( usually 3 - 5 working days ) regarding the next course of action, we will contact you.
